Dr. Ram Vromen,
Managing Partner, Founder.
Ram Vromen was a managing director of First IsraTech Fund LP, a
venture capital fund focused primarily on medical devices, and a partner in
Millennium Materials Technologies Fund II LP, a venture capital fund focused
on material sciences.
Prior
to that, Ram was a corporate lawyer focused on the hi-tech and venture
capital practice.
Ram’s
investment track record includes multiple exits such as OreX sold to Kodak,
IPO of Incredimail in NASDAQ capital market, SightLine being sold to
Stryker, Biosonix merged with publicly traded Neoprobe Corp. and Cadvision
sold to Siemens.

Itai Horstock,
Member
of Investment Committee
One of
Excaliber’s partners, Itai acts as Excaliber’s representative in the General
Partner and as a member of the Fund’s investment committee. Prior to joining
Excaliber, Itai co-founded and managed the US based Sherpa Group and the
Hawkeye Group, venture capital funds focused on Israeli hi-tech companies.
At
Sherpa, Itai invested and acted as a director in Exalink Ltd. which was sold
to Comverse Technology Inc. for $550M. Prior to that, Itai was a mergers and
acquisitions attorney at Shearman & Sterling in New York and legal advisor
to the Government of Israel Economic Mission to North America.

He is

Prior to that, Liron was a project manager at

She concluded her undergraduate studies at
