Evolution Venture Capital Fund I LP is an expansion capital fund for medium and small size, revenue generating, technology based, Israeli and Israel-related companies.

The fund began operations following its first closing on September 1, 2006.

Evolution Fund seeks to invest in revenue generating companies, across a range of growing industries, with modest financial requirements of up to $2 million, in able to meet their long term business targets with down-to-earth exit expectations.

To be eligible for investment a company must fit the following criteria:

• Israeli or Israeli related company
• Exciting technology and products
• Experienced entrepreneurs
• Initial revenues from product sales or licensing of at least $500,000
• Quality clients
• Not more than $2,000,000 required to reach profitability and an exit
